Common questions
Can I book more than one tier?
Yes. Finish one booking, then tap Book seats in another tier. Each booking has its own reference and needs its own payment and receipt.
How long until my payment is confirmed?
Usually within a few hours. Someone from the school checks every receipt by hand.
I closed the page before uploading my receipt
Open your booking link again within 45 minutes. The payment details and the upload button are on that page. After 45 minutes the seats are released so other families can book them, and you would need to start again.
Do I need Telegram?
No, you can book without it. But if you do not link it, someone has to telephone you instead, and we cannot send you your ticket.
Will other parents see my booking?
No. Any message we send goes to you privately. Nothing about your booking appears in any group.
When do I get my ticket?
A few days before the event, on Telegram. It also appears on your booking page, so you can open it again at any time from your saved link.
I lost my ticket
Open your booking page. Your ticket is there, with a button to save it again.
Can I cancel?
Please contact the school office. Cancellations are handled by a person rather than through this page.
